Trying to return an item but seller says she doesn’t accept returns however that wasn’t listed
I purchased some jewelry that was way bigger than it appeared in the picture. I contacted the seller. She got very upset and told me that she doesn’t accept returns and that that was listed on the item however it is not listed anywhere that she doesn’t accept returns

Did the seller give dimensions of the item?
The return policy has to be stated right on the item page, usually near the buy now button or the shipping price and details.
The seller cannot list without stating the return policy which can include, no returns, buyer pays returns or seller pays returns.
Go back to the original listing and scroll down to look for the return policy. It has to be there.

Mentor7 months agoIf it is for the crosses, you left negative feedback for, here is a screen shot of the return policy.
Clearly it states no returns.
