Trying to Return an item
Hello,
THe item i purchased does not work in my refridgerator. I Have contacted the seller, i tried several options they asked me to and still want me to continue trying to fix when I have asked to return.
Now I am unable to find my purchase on Ebay but I have my email with the order information and really difficult to reach someone direct at Ebay to get assistance.
I'm just looking for a refund. Whenever I emailed the seller they responded within 24 hours. Now they are not responding at all. They had a great postive feedback so that is whyI purchased from them. Im getting concerned im going to be out my money with no option of getting it back. Any help is appreciated. Thank you Leah

Mentor3 years agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

OP3 years agoThe problem I have is when I go to the Purchase History it says I have no history. But I have the email confirmation for my order. So I'm not sure why my purchase history is empty.

Mentor3 years agoThe default for your Purchase history i the last 60 days. If you do not see your item listed here, is it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
