Trying to return an item

Question

I ordered a battery charger from topvipxx & have requested a return. I was promised by this vendor that it would work for my phone & it doesn't (the cord doesn't fit into my phone).

This vendor has continually been harrassing me & asking me not to return the item & they would give me a 15% discount. They then asked me to send them a picture of the problem. I told them that I would not send them a picture & would report them for harrassing me. Today they are offering me a 20% discount. Please get this vendor to leave me alone. I will be putting the item in the mail on Monday for a full refund.

Do this before returning the item:

How to request a return through My eBay

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select Return this item from the menu on the right.
Select your reason for the return and enter a comment about why you're returning it.
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, add up to 10 images relevant to the reason you're returning the item for, and showing any scratches or defects. Make sure to follow our Images, video and text policy when you're uploading images.
Select Confirm return.
