Trying to return a tire/wheel using other shipper than USPS
I need to erturn a 17" tire/wheel I just purchased. Turns out I don't need it. USPS normally does not ship items this large/heavy. EBAY only steels me to USPS in order to print shipping label. How do I process my refund from seller AND use non-USPS shipper of my choice?
