Trying to return a garbage itemNo prepaid shipping label was sent even though eBay says it was .
Seller keeps offering me partial refund for a faulty not working new item. It said money back guarantee and seller pays shipping. eBay approves my return and emails me that the seller sent the prepaid Return label. But when I open it it’s not there just and address and the seller says he doesn’t want to pay for the return. Not sure what to do because there’s no place to ask eBay to step in. I’ve been digging for over a week through eBay to try and get help.

Mentor2 years agoIf you filed the Returns Request, and when you click on the link to print the return label, and it is not a label, there will be an Ask ebay to step in on day 4. Click on it to force the refund.
