Trying to refund money to customer
I sold a item which for some reason did not get delivered to the customer with the reason from ebays mailer that it was undelivered the customer filled out a dispute to which I replied that as soon as I get the item back I would gladly refund his money when I got the item which by the way looked like it went around the world a few times but the item was still intact I tried to issue a refund but am not allowed because of the dispute that was filed I am finding it impossible to get a hold of someone to help me. I would appreciate any type of help in this matter.
