Trying to refund buyer. Got this message:Your refund did not go through. Please add a payment option

Hello, I have tried to refund a Buyer several times but I keep getting this message "Your refund did not go through. Please add a payment option to refund the buyer." Ebay Live Assistance is currently closed. I do not know how or where to add the payment option so I can refund. Need someone's help please?

You need to add a backup funding source:

Go to Payments in My eBay or Payments in your seller hub.
Select Add payment option.
Under Select payment option, select Credit card or Bank account.
Select Continue.
- For a credit card, enter your credit card information, and select Continue
- For a bank account, youâ€™ll be prompted to link your bank account, sign in or enter your bank details, confirm your bank details, and select Continue
