Trying to reach an actual person

Question

Just like ebay to not provide 1 on 1 assistance even when their website "appears" to not be working!

You know how they can get more market share. provide 1 on 1 customer service with someone at ebay when their website is not showing an order that was placed!

Is there an actual email address someone can provide to me to report this!

Ebay Customer Service does not have an email address or direct phone line. You have to use the "Help & Contact" at the top of the Ebay pages.
