Trying to re-start selling

Question

I've been trying to get my selling ability back on my ebay account (I was a little fast and loose in the past, and lost my selling privileges) but I'm not getting anywhere after contacting ebay customer service a few times from the start of the year. I've submitted a form (and begged forgiveness) but not luck so far... Just the usual 'we'll escalate the case'.

Do people normally get their accounts restricted forever?

@bestbuyer14 I am sorry to say but unless eBay gives you time limit for the restriction it is forever. There is no coming back from permanent bans. You will have to sell elsewhere.
