Trying to pay seller fees
I ran an auction for my car. No sale, which is fine. I expected to have to pay seller fee. Got notice that I owed the seller fee and the email gave me a link to pay. I go to my account and try to pay fee but it asks for a payment card and I enter it and try to make the payment and it doesn’t work and forces me to start the process over and over. I am trying to pay the fee for days and now eBay says they’ve frozen my account because of my outstanding fee. Anybody got an answer? Anybody know the right number to call to get a person I can talk to and get this paid?
