Trying to mark items shipped that were delivered but were not scanned by the carrier.

Question

Can someone direct me to the correct way to mark an item as shipped? When the USPS carrier did not scan the orders but when I tracked the items they were all delivered. There is a drop down box for Not Shipped but not just for Shipped. Thanks for the help.

Were the packages from Monday the 20th? If so eBay and many other websites experienced disruptions due to the internet outages that occurred on Monday the 20th. They are aware of the issue and are working to get it resolved. There is a post regarding this on the shipping board pinned to the top. Here is the direct link to the post.
