Trying to make an offer but keeps showing "technical problem"
I keep trying to make an offer on an item but I keep getting a message that reads "experiencing a technical problem". I have tried all the suggestions but still not working. Can anyone help me?

Other users have recently reported similar problems trying to make an offer via a browser, but at least some have reported success making an offer through the eBay app.
