Trying to log into account but the email is not me
I am trying to TALK to someone about my account when I try logging in the email that comes up is not my email I need to file a claim because the order placed was never received and I want my money back - the Post Office lost my package - I email the seller and they filed a claim with the Postal service and they are not responding so he advised my to file a claim through EBay but cant figure out how to get into the account to do that - can't find a number to speak with a person to fix the problem. So I am at a loss on how to get reimbursed for my lost purchase . I need help -
