Trying to list Playboy magazines
Got flagged for minors policy, although many others post the same Playboy magazines. Any advice or direction on how to edit the listing? TIA!

Adult magazines, books, and comics that contain nudity are allowed only if they don't contain sexual activity and if no images of nudity are showing in the listing.
Here is a webpage where you can learn more:

In general, Playboy magazines have been allowed, while something like Hustler has not.
However, there are some issues of Playboy that had a model who was under 18 when photographed. Those issues are not allowed.
I don't have a list of allowed vs not allowed listings. There are some other threads in then "Selling" section of the community that have lists of issues, but I do not know if those lists are complete or accurate.

Even though you may see other listings, it does not mean the item is allowed.
✓ The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Many will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.
I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught. If you wish, you can report those listings.
