Trying to list an Inogen Backpack but eBay says it is a prohibited medical item??
The Inogen One backpack I am trying to list is identical to the many listings now on eBay. Every time I try to post it a notice pops up saying my backpack is a prohibited medical item.
I talked with an agent by phone who said my problem was in the category I chose for the backpack, and suggested I look at the categories that the listed Inogen One Backpacks used. I did that and saw that many listing used "Health and beauty, medical and mobility, daily living aids, other daily living aids".
I made the change to my listing, but it was again blocked saying it was a medical device. This was my 3rd try.
Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.
