Trying to identify a scam or not (Gengoro's Store)
I don't have the time to check all his shop but already two items are rip off of others shops or website which isn't very reassuring and I'd like to know who is a scammer :
They are selling this item : https://ebay.us/m/QiQw2O which is using the exact same pictures as this other item (half the price and not sold yet) from Shukado : https://www.japanese-finearts.com/item/list2/A1-96-016/Sekino-Junichiro/Montmartre-at-Night
They are also selling this artwork https://ebay.us/m/X3Dl6m which is using the exact same pictures as this one on Ebay https://ebay.us/m/aOi2BZ (although the other shop is using cropped images from Gengoro so I don't know which is a scammer).
The reviews seems stellar but the items are very shady to say the least...would love to have your take on this...

Many sellers list the same items, and many sellers use “stock photos.†Doing so does not necessarily make them scammers.
However, the rule on eBay is and always has been: Caveat emptor.
If a deal is too good to be true, then… well…
Also, you do have eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
