Sam *** at the California call center was trying to help set up a PayPal account instead now now they’ve taken $2000 out of my checking account. I don’t know how to recover it. They’ve stopped answering and I can’t get anybody to help me out. I’ve spent 15 hours on the phone. Can’t get anybody to help me out. What can I do?

It sounds like you are the victim of fraud.

eBay does not help set up Paypal accounts.
