Trying to get the 'combine' option to work in bulk shipping tool
I am trying to use the bulk shipping tool to create one shipping label for three items that are going to Japan. One buyer, three separate buy it now sales. The 'combine' option is not clickable. I have not used this option before, so I'm trying to determine if I am missing something. The value of the items do not exceed $1000 and it was a buy it now sale. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

MentorSep 13, 2026 at 10:43 PM@alixine I just wanted to add that I have heard from other sellers that canceling as problem with buyers address no longer works for the eBay International Shipping Program. If it does not work then select buyer requested AFTER you talk to the buyer and let them know what you are doing to combine the order.

MentorSep 13, 2026 at 10:35 PMAre these for the mens pants? They are using the ebay International Shipping program, so the items cannot be combined. What you can do is cancel each transaction for problem with buyer's address/refund the buyer. Then create a separate listing that includes all 3 items, and send the item number to the buyer. Buyer repurchases and repays. ebay will then send an Invoice to the buyer.
