Trying to get refunded
Returned an item back to seller from USA to Philippians back in November, seller says he has not received it and that it’s still being processed at their post office. Does this seem like an unreasonable amount of time? My return has been closed by eBay and I’m trying to get my refund through seller but it’s the same excuse. I’m out 250$ plus shipping. What can I do?

Mentor3 years agoContact Ebay directly, maybe they will be able to help you. Before you do that, go and take a look at the claim you filed. Is it still open? If so click into and see if there is an option to have Ebay to step in. If you do, click on that and then Ebay will contact you.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.
