i bought an item that has parts missing but seller will not take the inem back can someone please call me [removed by moderator] it's not a cheep item an would like to try get my money back

@gri-8767 Sorry your seller is not being helpful. You need to file a return request case. eBay can not make the seller send the missing pieces but they can make the seller issue a full refund.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. OR missing parts
