Trying to get eBay to step in
Having trouble getting eBay to step in. A listing I paid for was taken down due to policy violations. Seller will not refund or return. The directions eBay gives to step in are not found easily. Can anyone help

OP2 years agoWhen I click on more actions it doesn’t give me that as an option. Just start return sell similar item or contact seller. I contacted the seller and there’s no returns. Now how can eBay help

·2 years agoHas the estimated delivery date passed (or did you receive the item and it is not as described)? Did it pass more than 30 days ago?

·2 years agoYou have to open a case (called something different now, like a "request") and wait 3 days before you can "Ask eBay to step in". Go to your My eBay: Purchase History and find the item, click for more actions and if you haven't received the item (you might have to wait until the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has passed) select that, then continue following directions from there (and I think it will say when you can come back and "Ask eBay to step in"--usually after 3 days, but no later than 21 days or the case closes with no refund and you can't file another).
