Trying to get document that proves ebay business is associated w/ my phone number for facebook shop
So I set up a shop on facebook and linked it to my ebay listing, but in order to verify they want me to provide documents proving my phone number is associated with my business even though I've given them my EIN number, my ID, but because I use a prepaid phone service through straight talk I use with the business they will not give me statements of bills paid saying I own the phone number and apparently "can't send me phone bills of when I paid my bill" because its prepaid or whatever. I just need documents showing my business associated with my phone number. I'm at a loss and trying to increase sales through facebook since I've got a decent following on there but they're making it nearly impossible. I'll upload the documents they accept and of course a phone bill or utility bill is out of the question since I take care of my elderly grandmother while running the plant nursery on on land and she pays the utilities. Any advice? I have an EIN but because I haven't made enough yet I may have shown the IRS the profit I made from ebay but it wasn't enough to get a tax return or anything. ANY help is greatly appreciated.
- Certificate/Articles of Incorporation
- Business Registration or License Document
- Government Issued Business Tax Document: This could include a Tax Certificate. Self-filed tax documents are not accepted.
- Business Bank Statement ( I use cashapp)
- Utility Bill: A utility bill is accepted only for Business Address and Phone number. The Legal Business Name must be on the utility bill. A utility bill is not an acceptable document for Legal Business Name verification
