Trying to Get a Seller to Respond to My Question
I have sent three messages to shonasfabfinds regarding a pair of sandals she is selling, but she won’t reply.

Sellers are not required to respond to messages, though many will obviously do so as a matter of good customer service.
If you find that a seller is not answering a polite, relevant question that is not answered in the listing, find another seller to do business with that is willing to answer your questions.
