Trying to get a refund or replacement for bad quality DVDs
I ordered and received ("Besa", Seasons 1 & 2). Unfortunately for me, the quality of the DVDs is horrible. Sorry to say, but just a complete rip-off. The audio and video quality is crappy, and the subtitles (English translation from Serbo-Croatian) are 20-to-30 seconds behind the actual spoken dialog and action--absolutely unwatchable. It looks like someone just video-recorded another copy of the DVDs and then tried to splice the subtitles onto it afterward. Yeah, it's that bad. Should I give the seller a second chance? OK, here it is. I would prefer to send these DVDs back to the seller on the condition that he/she makes good on this transaction and sends me a replacement set of these DVDs that are actually good quality and watchable. Unfortunately, when I attempted to do so on Ebay's website, the online request form responded by saying that it did not recognize the Order Number nor the Item Number. At the time I made the purchase I was NOT a member or account holder on EBay, but I did register just prior to making the return/Replacement request. Is this the problem? Whether or not it is, how do I resolve this issue and avoid the big rip-off here and just get what I paid for? I appreciate any suggestions and assistance.
