Contacted ebay through chat session to request help with their ebay money back guarantee, unable to continue discussion due to seller being removed for policy discretion. Was shut down without a resolution.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.

The seller being removed from eBay will not affect your case.
