Trying to get a refund for an unused tracking label
Hey Guys
I can use some help. I have been going in circles between Ebay and USPS.
I sold an item on June 16. Created a USPS ADVANTAGE shipping label. Cancelled it ten seconds later and created a UPS GROUND shipping label.
Ebay is telling me I need to get my refund from USPS due to "Carrier rejected cancellation of the shipping label". USPS is telling me I need to get my refund from Ebay.
Please help.

If your label was never scanned by USPS you should get a refund.
However, I suspect, that it is part of the problem from the duplicate tracking numbers created in June.
Check the tracking number, does it show that the number was used going from some other place than your PO?
Read below, and if you think it applies, see if you can get a courtesy label refund from customer service.
