Trying to get a refund
I'm trying to get a refund on an item that's no longer listed because of a violation. However, I don't have a phone right now and can't have ebay call me. When I try to return, it doesn't include for ebooks. The seller misled me. I thought it was a physical book. I'm trying to get my money back. What do I do?

Do you have a PC (computer, laptop, etc)? If so you can log into your account on that and pursue a claim.
You can contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Yes, I see the screen shot but regardless of the listing's status after purchase you are still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt or the original estimated delivery date. Electronic delivery is acceptable by eBay BUT, Seller's have to be approved to do it and that Seller may not have been approved.
eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
If the info I provided above is not helpful and you wind up not being able to file a claim through eBay you would be forced to file a dispute via your funding source.
