I can no longer see my prior messages and purchases. Any idea on how to correct this?

Mentor2 years agoAre you certain you are signed in to the correct eBay account?
The account you are using now was registered in 2021, has received one feedback and has left no feedback.
You should be able to see all purchases in your Purchase History going back to the beginning of the account. And you should be able to see messages from the last ninety days or so.
