TRYING TO FIND AN ITEM IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY THAT I JUST LEARNED IS A FAULTY OR FRAUDULENT PRODUCT.
THE ITEM CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON 5/25/23. I JUST USED THE ITEM 2 DAYS AGO AND IT SEEMS THAT THE PRODUCT IN THE BOTTLE WAS SWITCHED OUT FOR SOMETHING ELSE. CAN'T GO FORWARD UNLESS I CAN REFER TO THE ITEM NUMBER. AGAIN, IT'S NOT IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY. GOOD GRIEF. THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.

Mentor3 years ago@patrpay-79 Sorry your item was not as described. You can only file a refund request on eBay for an item that is not as described within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Unless this had a really long shipping time then it's too late for an eBay refund request. If it's too late to file on eBay then you can file a charge back with your credit card for an item that is significantly not as described.
You may have made the purchase as a guest not logged in to your account.
Did you make the purchase as a guest? If so then it won't be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you start the return request from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
If you need help starting the return here's how to contact customer service.
1. Select the live chat or call back option on the left hand side of this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
If you are located outside of the US or Canada then you will need to use chat or social media.
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
