Trying to file a complaint about a seller.
I am trying to find out how to complain about a seller. I bought a used projector. I already have the same exact model. The used projector was described as "Working as new." It did not come with a bulb. I took the working bulb out of my projector and put it into the used one I bought. The projector tries to start, but stalls and an error light flashes.
The item says the seller does not accept returns. When I try to return it through eBay, it won't allow me to because of this setting.
How can I contact eBay to tell them the seller lied about the projector and took my money and they won't respond to a message I sent to them?
Thanks,
Shawn

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. This overrides no-returns. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
