Trying to create a return label and the page is blank
A buyer requested a return and the deadline is tomorrow - I am trying to create a return shipping label and the page is blank - same with on the app and does not allow me to create a label. Anyone else have this issue? All the prompts i have to choose from for help are for an issue with the buyer but there isn't its with the website.

If the buyer opened a return request, you can check a box to have eBay send the buyer a label.
If you have already checked that you will supply the label, use a 3rd party app like Pirate Ship to create the return label.
