Trying to contact representatives keeps directing to automate ai assistance need to talk to represen
trying to talk in person because item purchases showed as eBay
item came in but is not listed on my eBay account
keeps wanting me to make another eBay account
therfor need to take to representatives

Mentor2 years agoIf you purchased using a different eBay account, sign out of this account and sign in to the other account to deal with that purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of this account and then use the link in the email you received about that guest purchase.
