Trying to contact ebay live agent
Five years ago, I purchased a radiator on eBay that came with a lifetime warranty. The radiator has now failed, so I contacted the seller through eBay to request a warranty replacement.
The seller responded through eBay and asked me to provide several pieces of information to process the warranty, including my email address. I provided the information they requested.
The seller then responded with a message that appeared suspicious and did not seem legitimate. I attempted to respond to the seller through eBay, but eBay is blocking my message because it contains my email address.
What can I do in this situation? I need to communicate with the seller regarding my warranty claim, but eBay is preventing me from responding even though the seller specifically requested my email address.
