Trying to contact customer service and nothing works, issues on eBay's side of things
been trying to contact customer service for days and it always says its an issue on their end, how are we supposed to get returns or anything to go through?

Here's how to contact a general customer service agent:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST

Mentor2 weeks agoSelect the item you want to return from your purchase history. Under more actions choose I want to return it.

OP2 weeks agoI do know how to issue a return, eBay doesn't let it "continue" and says that it is an issue on their end and to go back and try again. this has been the same results for countless times over several days.

OP2 weeks agoyeah thank y'all but none of this has worked. eBay is just pretty frustrating right now.
