TRYING TO CONTACT ANYBODY IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY
THERE IS NOW WAY TO ACTUALLY GET AHOLD OF ANYBODY WHO WILL: REVIEW EBAY POLICY OR:DO ANYTHING TO RIGHT ANY WRONGS OR:CONTACT SOMEBODY WHO GIVES A HOOT ABOUT MIS-LEADING INFORMATION GIVEN TO USERS OF THE PLATFORM. NO CONTACTING CEO PRESIDENT OF SALES NOBODY PERIOD. NO BODY FROM THE LEGAL TEAM (unless you want to sue,but in the user agreement you cant ,only mediation by their chosen mediators) SO GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYWHERE.

OP3 weeks agowhy would i report the listing? thats not the issue. the issue is : i use ebay s platform to sell items. i only take pictures fill out details and when it sells i print out the shipping label from ebays website. I dont have access to customers bank or method of payment,ebays A.I. estimates the shipping cost i am "fronted money" by ebay out of what they have already extracted from buyer at time of sale to purchase the shipping label i take it to shipper drop it off...done thats it. tell me how i could possibly lose money on the transaction?

Mentor3 weeks agoDo not use ebay's estimate for shipping. Select calculated shipping and enter the weight of the package and the dimensions of the package and ebay will calculate the shipping cost from your zip code to the buyer's zip code. You never lose money on shipping that way.
