Trying to contact a seller but the message wont go through
I purchased an item and after a couple months it has fallen apart. So I went to the sellers page and tried to contact them via e-mail. I have been trying to e-mail them through eBay but every time I hit send it does not send. I get a message that says "LOOKS LIKE SOMETHIGN WENT WRONG. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" I have been trying for over 5 days now. What do I do?

What type of an item are you talking about here?
Years ago I seem to recall that on a single transaction communication was not possible after 60 days. While Sellers can add Buyers to their Blocked list it does not sound like that happened.
As it relates to eBay's Money Back Guarantee you are only protected for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
With as much time that has gone by you may be better served filing a dispute with your funding source (PayPal , credit card, etc.) to try and get a refund.

OP8 months agoI just wanted to ask them a question. I bought it over 3 months ago. It was a part for my car and the pain started to peel off. The option to ask a question was there so I figured it should be available to me to ask.
