Trying to cancel my purchase
The seller already printed shipping label but has not shipped and said it’s ok to cancel the order. But I tried to cancel order thru eBay but eBay says order is shipped. But it hasn’t shipped. So how do I cancel the order. If the seller cancels he gets charged a $35 fee so I’m trying to avoid that. Thanks for your help.
I tried to use customer support but the automated customer service doesn’t accept my request. ????

Mentor2 years ago@newportbeachdad the seller will have to cancel the order and he will NOT get charge for canceling as long as he choose for reason, buyer requested cancellation
