Trying to Cancel Fake Jersey

Question

I bought a jersey that I believed to be real at first glance and the description said it was new and never said it was fake, but when I looked at it more closely I realized it was fake. I tried to cancel the order and told the seller I knew it was fake, but is eBay just told me they sent the order. There is also no refunds. What should I do?

Return the item for a full refund at the seller's expense after you receive it - his return policy doesn't matter in this case.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
