trying to cancel an order but its making me pay

I need to cancel an order but for some reason, its trying to make me pay like $300 ontop of the refund money, what am i supposed to do?

What is "it" that is making you pay $300? There is no reason to pay money in order to get a refund.

Have you contacted the seller and requested that they cancel your purchase? Be aware that the seller is not obligated to accept the cancellation request.
