Trying to buy something from someone
I’m trying to purchase an item from a gentleman and it’s not letting me do it because I have either too many things I bought one of them I didn’t pay for but not by him the lady already said she’s supposedly talk to Ebay and that was taken care of a long time ago I would like to purchase a sweater that he has but apparently he’s not allowing me to do it because he suspended me how do I get this taken care of I like to pay for it now on a credit card Thank you signed Macy Pearson

In the future when you post here please use punctuation so your paragraph is not a long run on sentence and hard to understand.
You apparently did not pay for 2 or more items in the last 12 months. Those strikes take 12 months to roll off your account. Once you are back below 2 you will be able to buy and bid again from most Sellers.
sellers can add ANY member to their blocked list for any reason ... Sellers are allowed up to 5,000 members on their blocked list.
Sorry it happened, make sure you pay for your items int he future to avoid this situation again.

OP1 year agoWhat happens if they’re the ones that made the mistake. they told me that they canceled them and that they were gonna call Ebay and get that taken care of or email it to them.

Mentor1 year agoSellers can block buyers from purchasing their items if the buyer has 2 or more unpaid transactions. You can ask the seller to add your ID to his exceptions list in order for you to make the purchase.

If you have 2 or more unpaid item cancellations on your Ebay record, sellers are able to block you from bidding/buying from them.

OP1 year agoThank you very much that was very helpful for me but you see they told me that they took care of it on their end told them that they canceled it out and still it’s not allowing me to do that and I’ve been trying to get a hold of Ebay they don’t do anything for me there is no one 800 to speak to anybody because it always goes back to Leaving an email
