Trying to buy from a UK seller and am confused about Global Shipping Program and Tariffs
I'm interested in buying something from a UK seller but am confused about how any tariff is handled. She's using e-Bay's Global Shipping program and the shipping details mention that offers "simplified customs clearance". It also lists something called an "import fee". Is that import fee the tariff or just some kind of handling fee for dealing with customs? If it's not the tariff, how will I know how much that is? Or is everything built into the Global Shipping cost? Sorry if these are dumb questions, I just haven't bought internationally in ages.
