Trying to buy an item from a seller
I was trying to buy a particular from a seller but the seller is not allowing me to pay for an item. It always reads: Sorry the seller is not accepting bids or offers from you at this time. What can I do to correct the situation? What can I do to earn the seller's trust? Please respond back.

If the Seller has you on their Blocked list then there is nothing you can do. Have you messaged them asking questions on the item? If it is a complete block you will not be able to message them successfully.
