Trying to buy an ITAR item(night vision) as a US citizen inside the US but ebay tells me I can't. There's no VPN, there's no proxy, I'm appearing as the public IP of my home router, and I've verified it is showing up as US based. This is getting old real quick. How in the world do I get this fixed?

If you are not using a VPN, hotspot or a Starlink network, there may be something else about your network connection that is causing eBay problems determining your actual location.

Try completing your purchase using a different network connection, such as by using the eBay app or a mobile browser on your phone when not connected to your usual WiFi connection.
