Trying to buy a riflescope

When trying to buy a scope, I get the following message:

Both the seller and myself live in the United States, so I'm not sure why this is happening. I've tried other scopes too with the same results. Thanks

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Any of those might lead to verification issues for location-restricted items.

Try completing your purchase using the eBay app when not connected to your usual WiFi.
