Trying to buy a printer but can't get past the screen "Additional Services" - - it stall

There should be a button at the bottom of that popup to "go to cart", though it may be hidden if you are using a high screen magnification. Try temporarily reducing the screen magnification. In most desktop browsers, if you hold down the Control key you can use plus, minus or zero keys to zoom in, zoom out or reset the zoom level.

If that does not help, try another browser to see if that lets you get past that popup.
