Trying to add a gift card to my account, but eBay refuses

Question

For some reason, eBay is being QUITE **bleep** about not verifying my card. Before you ask, it's now been 3 days since the card was activated, so I know it ain't a "wait for 24 hours before you can use this card"-type of situation. Now granted, Amazon also did the exact same thing with said gift card, but they eventually relinquished yesterday, whereas eBay is still being stubborn with it. Yes, I've typed in the info correctly MULTIPLE TIMES, and it's STILL being a nuisance.

I hope that y'all can help me with this one if you can. There's no good reason why eBay has to be this OBNOXIOUS when it comes to my card. It's a non-eBay gift card, if you're wondering.
