1) Is there an phone number where I can speak with a live Ebay customer service agent?
2) Is it possible to see what all items have been sold? (not just the last 2 years)

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
I don't see that this user ID has sold items longer than 2 years ago.
