I have clicked "revise listing" but it is not allowing me to edit my listing once I have clicked on "revise"

If there are outstanding offers or you are inside the last 12 hours of a listing cycle then the Edit function will not work. We have no account access here so we cannot see what you see.

You are a relatively new Seller offering some higher value jewelry, you might want to start with selling lower priced items until you gain some experience. New Sellers are targets for scammers.

The No returns accepted policy is not protection against an item being returned and forcing you to pay for a return shipping label. Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt of an item, you may want to read that so you know how it works for your customers:

No returns happens to be the default setting on eBay listing tools, it sends the wrong message to Seller as well as Buyers who don't know they can actually force a return in a number of scenarios. YOu may actually lose sales over time because of that. You should seriously consider Accepting returns and there are options on how you set that up.
