Try to pay for items and it says seller is no longer a registered user.
I have no idea what to do on this matter. I have 20 items from same seller in my cart that I won the bids on and now it says the seller is no longer a registered user. I can't not find a phone number for eBay and the chat with an agent does not work right now. I have never had this problem and don't know if I should go ahead and pay for the items. I am a little nervous about not completing a sale and I do not want to lose my money. Would someone from eBay please let me know what I need to do before the 7-day waiting period is over and I get hit with an autopay. I only have a day or so to complete the transaction

OP10 months agoWell, I have discovered that when a user is no longer registered you cannot pay for any of their items. I tried several different ways just to see if payment would be received and not any of them will except payment. That helps a lot, but I am very disappointed in not getting the items I won. I am grateful that eBay does stop accepting payment from an unregistered user. Now I have to keep my fingers crossed that I receive the items already paid for that is in the shipping process. Thank you for your help

If you've paid for some items which later don't arrive, come back for assistance, but you will be able to open an Item Not Received case to get a refund.

I suggest you click cancel on each order. I do not recommend you pay for the items if the seller has been removed from eBay.
eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. However, you can have eBay call you, here

OP10 months agoThank you. I have some I purchased from the same seller in the shipping cycle and now wonder if I will receive them at all. One good thing about that is it says it has shipped to a city near me if it is not all a lie. This is very disappointing not getting the items I won in bidding.
