Try to get my $ from a seller I sent back for a refund
Bought an article...it didn't work...the seller said to send it back and they would send me my refund...2 weeks and I can't get the company to do anything

Did you open a return request? If yes, go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'.
If you did not open a return, eBay cannot help. Call your credit card issuer and open a dispute for a return with no refund.
